COMES NOW PETITIONER, PETE ISHNER by and through counsel of record, and pursuant to the provisions of Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(I), URCP, and gives notice of voluntary dismissal in the above entitled divorce action, for the reason that the parties have reconciled and no longer wish to be divorced. No answer has been filed by the opposing party, so it is appropriate for this court to dismiss this action without delay, and without prejudice.
